Each of these are required for a document to be Notarized.
If we are meeting to complete an I-9 Form, there is a list on the last page of that Form that details what you need to bring in order to complete the Form. You can obtain a copy of the I-9 Form on the US CIS website at: http://www.uscis.gov/i-9.
